Sydney project marketing · Korean community specialists
We bring the right buyers to your project. Guaranteed.
Odin is a Sydney project marketing agency built around one audience most campaigns never reach properly — the Korean community. Korean-led, Korean-language, and plugged into the agent networks and channels that actually move Korean buyers.
Odin Estate Marketing is a Sydney project marketing agency that specialises in selling off-the-plan property projects to the Korean community.
Who it works with
Property developers and project marketing agencies launching apartment, townhouse and house-and-land projects in Sydney, plus Korean real estate agencies running multiple projects at once.
What makes it different
It is Korean-founded and Korean-led. Campaigns are written in Korean from the first draft rather than translated, and run through Korean agent networks and community channels.
Services
Korean-language advertising, sales strategy for Korean buyers, and sales system automation that captures, routes and follows up every enquiry.
Where it operates
Sydney and greater New South Wales, Australia. The office is at 8 White Hart Dr, Rouse Hill NSW 2155.
Languages
Korean and English. Enquiries are handled in either language.
The opportunity
Your next buyer pool is already here. It just isn't being spoken to.
Most project marketing campaigns in Sydney are built for one audience and then translated at the end — if at all. Korean buyers get an English brochure, an English website and an English sales suite, and the developer wonders why the enquiries never convert.
Korean buyers don't research the way the rest of the market does. They start in Korean-language channels, they take referrals from people they already trust, and they make decisions with family. Reaching them is not a translation job. It's a distribution and relationship job.
That's the only thing we do. Odin is founded and run by a Korean marketer, working directly with Korean agents, Korean community media and Korean buyer groups across Sydney. If you're looking for one more community to expand into, this is the one that's still underserved.
“If you're looking for one more community to expand into — we are the right one.”
Korean-led, not translated
Campaigns written in Korean from the first draft, by a Korean founder who knows how the community reads a pitch — not run through a translator after the fact.
Direct agent network
Working relationships with Korean-speaking agents and referrers across Sydney who already have buyers on their books and bring them to your display suite.
Channels the market misses
KakaoTalk groups, Naver, Korean community media and church and business networks — the places Korean buyers actually go before they ever see a portal listing.
One community, done properly
We don't spread a budget across every demographic. We own one segment and give you the depth that comes with specialising.

What we do
Three jobs. All pointed at Korean buyers.
We plug into your existing project marketing — we don't replace your agency. Think of us as the Korean channel your campaign is missing.
01
Advertising
Korean-language campaigns across the channels Korean buyers actually use — KakaoTalk, Naver, Korean community media and paid social targeted at Korean-speaking households in Sydney. Creative, copy and landing pages built in Korean, matched to your project's brand.
Korean creative and copywriting from scratch
KakaoTalk, Naver and community media placement
Korean-language landing pages and EDMs
Paid social to Korean-speaking Sydney households
02
Sales strategy
Getting the enquiry is half the job. We work with your sales team on how Korean buyers are followed up, what they need to see before they commit, and how to run a display suite appointment that lands with a Korean family making the decision together.
Korean buyer journey and objection mapping
Agent and referrer network activation
Bilingual follow-up scripts and collateral
Display suite and event support in-language
03
System automation
Every enquiry captured, routed and followed up automatically, in the right language, without your sales team chasing a spreadsheet. Booked appointments land straight in the calendar and nothing goes cold.
CRM setup and enquiry routing
Automated bilingual follow-up sequences
Calendar booking straight into the sales team's diary
Reporting on cost per enquiry and per appointment

How it works
From first call to booked appointments.
A straightforward engagement. You keep your existing agency and sales team — we run the Korean channel alongside them.
01
Project review
We look at the project, the price points, the stock and where the Korean opportunity actually sits. If the fit isn't there, we'll tell you on the call.
02
Korean market plan
A written plan: which channels, which agents, what the creative says, what it costs and what enquiry volume we're targeting.
03
Launch
Korean creative, landing pages and campaigns go live. The agent network is briefed. Enquiry capture and follow-up automation is switched on.
04
Appointments and reporting
Qualified Korean buyers land in your sales team's calendar. You get weekly reporting on enquiries, appointments and cost per result.
FAQ
Questions developers ask us.
Do we have to replace our current project marketing agency?
No. Odin Estate Marketing works alongside your existing project marketing agency and sales team rather than replacing them. Odin runs the Korean channel — creative, media, agent network and follow-up — and reports into whoever is managing the wider campaign.
What does Odin's 'guaranteed' actually mean?
Odin Estate Marketing agrees a target for qualified enquiries or booked appointments before a campaign starts, based on the project, price point and budget. If that target is missed, Odin keeps working at its own cost until it is met. The exact terms are written into the engagement.
What kind of property projects is Odin a good fit for?
Off-the-plan apartments, townhouses and house-and-land projects in Sydney, particularly in and around suburbs with an established Korean population. If the price point and product do not suit Korean buyers, Odin Estate Marketing says so at the project review stage rather than taking the work.
Does Odin write the Korean-language creative in-house?
Yes. All Korean advertising copy, landing pages and collateral are written in Korean from the first draft by native Korean speakers who know the Sydney market. Odin does not take English copy and run it through a translator.
How quickly can a Korean campaign go live?
Typically two to three weeks from the initial project review, depending on how quickly project assets and approvals come through. That covers Korean creative, landing pages, CRM setup and campaign launch.
How does Odin report on results?
Odin Estate Marketing reports weekly on ad spend, enquiries, booked appointments and cost per result, with a monthly review of which channels are performing. Reporting is broken out per project.
How much does it cost to work with Odin Estate Marketing?
Pricing depends on the project, the number of projects running and the media budget required, and is quoted after the initial project review. Management fees and media spend are billed separately, and media is run through the client's own ad accounts so spend is fully visible.
Where is Odin Estate Marketing based?
Odin Estate Marketing is based at 8 White Hart Dr, Rouse Hill NSW 2155, and works on projects across Sydney and greater New South Wales. It can be reached on 0468 029 829.
